These terms of service apply to the use of Birdbuddy, a bird management platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Birdbuddy offers an online platform for managing bird collections, breeding data, pedigrees, and more. We strive to keep our services available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. Report unauthorized use to us immediately.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
All content on Birdbuddy, including texts, images, and software, is the property of Birdbuddy or its licensors. Your own data remains your property.
Birdbuddy is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Important changes will be communicated via email.
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
